sanitary sewer system, or by the reason of diversion into said public sanitary sewer system of roof water or storm water drainage. The said Village of Arden Hills shall be obligated to save said Village of Roseville and said City of St. Paul harmless from all damages, cost, expense and liability on account of any failure of any Village of Arden Hills public sanitary sewer system properly to serve for the purposes hereinbefore designated any property located within the limits aforedescribed of said Village of Arden Hills and/or by the reason of any injury occasioned by alleged inadequacy of said Village of Arden Hills sanitary sewer system or connection therewith; and said Village of prden Hills shall be obligated to fully indemnify said Village of Roseville and City of St. Paul against liability on account of any aotion, claim, or demand for the recovery of damages, cost or expense by any par~against said Village of Rosevil1e or city of St. Paul in any suoh case. SECTION ill. That this Ordinance, every permission and authority hereby granted, and every agreement between the Village of Roseville and the Village of Arden Hills pertaining thereto or resulting therefrom shall be subject to all provisions of this Ordinance and all applicable rules, regulations, and requirements prescribed and promulgated by the State Board of Health of the State of Minnesota, or by any other State or Federal Governmental Agency having cognizance and shall be deemed further subject to all applicable ordinances and laws of municipal state and governmental authorities except for any inconsistent rules, regulation, or ordinance of said Village of Arden Hills. SECTION XIII. That billings for charges to be made by the Village of Roseville including those charges made by the City of St. Paul shall be made quarterly by the Village of Roseville through its Village Clerk to said Village of Arden Hills based on the aforesaid information required hereunder to be furnished by said Village of Arden Hills to said Village of Roseville, pertaining to said Arden Hills public sanitary sewer system and such conneotions therewith, and such verification hereof or additional data thereto as said Village of Rose- ville shall elect to make and may obtain upon investigation. That such combined quarterly billing shall be made for the preceding quarterly period in each case on January 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1 of each year as applicable hereto and shall be payable within )0 days after billing date. Any billing remaining unpaid after )0 days shall bear interest at the rate of 6% per annum. The Village of Arden Hills further agrees to aforesaid payments, rates, and undertakes to make such payments regardless of its collection of the appropriate individual accounts from users of the sanitary sewer within the Village of Arden Hills.
