ORDINANCE NO ~:J! ! AN ORDINANCE REGULATING THE HAULING OF SEWAGE, AND DUMPING OF THE SAME INTO THE SANITARY SEWER SYSTEM, REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 226 The Village Council of Roseville ordains: SECTION I. No person, firm or corporation shall haul or transport in tank trucks any contents of septic tanks or cesspools and dump the same in the Sanitary Sewer System within Roseville without a license from the Village of Roseville. Application for such license shall be made on the form prescribed by the Village of Roseville, accompanied by a fee of $50.00 as payment for a license for the operation of one tank truck, plus the fee that shall be established by the Clerk of not exceeding $5.00 for each additional truck that may be used by the applicant, which additional fee shall cover the cost of issuing official tags, decals, certificates or other identification to be provided for the use of each such additional truck. Such license shall entitle the licensee to haul and dump sanitary sewage from cesspools and septic tanks located within the Village of Roseville only, and it shall be unlawful for any tank truck to enter from outside the corporate limits of the Village of Roseville carrying any such sewage, whether the same may have been collected in the Village of Roseville or not. SECTION II. Provided, however, that such licensee shall keep an accurate record of the name and address of the owner of each septic tank or cesspool which is pumped or emptied into such hauling truck and hauled and dumped into the Sanitary Sewer System, and provided further, however, that on the 1st of each and every month, such person, firm or corporation who is holder of such a license, shall file a written report with the Village of Roseville, giving the name and address of each and every septic tank or cesspool from which such licensee pumped and hauled sanitary sewage and dumped same into the Sanita~ Sewer System of Roseville. SECTION III. Every such licensee shall have the official tag, decal or other identification provided by the Village Clerk, prominently displayed at all times on any truck used for the hauling of sewage;
