<br />it shall be unlawful for the owner or operator of any truck to <br />display such identifying tag or decal not owned by the person, firm <br />or corporation to whom a license has been issued. <br /> <br />SECTION IV. <br /> <br />It shall be the responsibility of every such licensee to be <br />informed as to the place or places officially designated by the village <br />Council that such sanitary sewage may be dumped into the sewer system, <br />~ and it shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation, to ~ <br />dump in any other place than the officially designated place or places. <br /> <br />SECTION V. <br /> <br />Any such license may be revoked by the Council upon conviction <br />of a violation of this Ordinance after a hearing at which the licensee <br />has been given opportunity to be present and heard. <br /> <br />SECTION VI. <br /> <br />Any person, firm or corporation violating the provision of <br />this Ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by a <br />fine of not exceeding $100.00 or imprisonment not to exceed ninety <br />(90) days. <br /> <br />SECTION VII. <br /> <br />Ordinance No. 226, entitled: "An Ordinance Regulating the <br />Hauling and Dumping of Contents of Septic Tanks arid Cesspools <br />providing the dumping of same in the Sanitary Sewer System Requiring <br />Application for a Permit, the Payment of Fee, Issuance of Permit <br />and Penalty for Violation thereof" is hereby repealed. <br /> <br />SECTION VIII. <br /> <br />This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and <br />after its passage and publication. <br /> <br />/) ''\ ~u <br />Adopted by the Village Council of Roseville on this._ -"..(-~~/~ <br />of March, 1960. <br /> <br />~ /Zl1nLl- / ;3.
