<br />water infiltration to~e amount of 500 gallons per inch diameter of <br /> <br /> <br />pipe per mile of length of pipe per 24 hours and shall determine such <br /> <br /> <br />infiltration quantities on a block ~ block basis. <br /> <br />SECTIOM VII. <br /> <br />That said Village of Roseville shall have the right at all <br /> <br /> <br />reasonable times and ~ the exercise of all reasonable procedures <br /> <br /> <br />and facilities to inspect, explore and survey all or any part of <br /> <br />said Village of Shoreview public sanitary sewer system as the same <br /> <br />shall be constructed or extended or otherwise altered in the future. <br /> <br />This inspection shall be made to permit compliance ~ the Village of <br /> <br />Roseville with City of Saint Paul Ordinan:e Mo. 10725, as amended, <br /> <br /> <br />and to insure compliance of the Village of Shoreview with this <br /> <br /> <br />Ordinance. This permission granted to the Village of Roseville shall <br /> <br /> <br />also permit the City of Saint Paul to make such inspections as said <br /> <br /> <br />City of Saint Paul shall request or deem necessary. Village of <br /> <br /> <br />Shoreview agrees that where Shoreview sewers or sewer connections <br /> <br /> <br />are found to be lacking in conformity to all regulations pertaining <br /> <br /> <br />thereto that the Village of Shoreview will take appropriate action <br /> <br /> <br />to the end of effecting the elimination of all nonconformities. <br /> <br /> <br />SECTION VIII. <br /> <br /> <br />That said Village of Shoreview shall be obligated to compile <br /> <br /> <br />and maintain as a part of its public records at all times available <br /> <br /> <br />to the Village of Roseville a complete, accurate, and current system <br /> <br />of records showing the location and size of its public sanitary sewer <br /> <br />-10- <br />
