<br />SECTION V. <br />That said Village of Shoreview shall not permit any <br />connections to be made to its said public sanitary sewer system in <br />respect to any property lying beyond the limits of the area described <br />in this Ordinance, and that no connection other than the hereinabove <br />expressly approved connections shall be permitted and authorized <br />without further express authorization therefor by the Council of <br />the Village of Roseville and further by the Council of the City of <br />Saint Paul. <br /> <br />SECTION VI. <br /> <br /> <br />That said Village of Shoreview public sanitary sewer system <br /> <br /> <br />as the same shall be connected and as the same shall be constructed <br /> <br /> <br />with said Village of Roseville Public Sanitary Sewer System, shall <br /> <br /> <br />carry only sanitary sewage flow as limited to domestic and industrial <br /> <br /> <br />waste from houses and other structures exclusive from storm and <br /> <br /> <br />ground water drainage. That said Village of Shoreview shall by the <br /> <br /> <br />adoption and employment of suitable methods effect minimum acceptable <br /> <br /> <br />standards as to the amount of infiltration of surface and ground water <br /> <br /> <br />in respect to its public sanitary sewer system, and shall further <br /> <br /> <br />prohibit the types of waste discharged into its public sanitary <br /> <br /> <br />system by compliance with appropriate sections of Village of Roseville <br />Ordinance No. 218 adopted on September 4, 1956. The Village of <br />Shoreview, to insure that the sewers constructed in their public <br />sanitary sewer system shall exclude as nearly as possible all ground <br />waters shall require that all sewers constructed shall limit ground <br /> <br />-9- <br />
