<br />SECTION IX <br />That said Village of Shoreview shall be obligated to save <br />said Village of Roseville and said city of st. paul harmless from any <br /> <br />damage, cost, or expense, and fully indemnify said village of Roseville <br /> <br />and said City of st. Paul against any and all liabilities sustained <br /> <br />by reason of the connecting or maintenance of the connections hereunder <br /> <br />between said public sanitary sewer systems or by reason of any damage <br /> <br />caused, expense or loss that may be sustained by said Village of Shoreview, <br /> <br />its inhabitants or any other person or persons connected with the use of <br /> <br />said village of Shoreview public sanitary sewer systea, or by the reason <br /> <br />of diversion into said public sanitary sewer system of roof water or <br /> <br />storm water drainage. <br /> <br />That said Village of Shoreview shall be obligated to save said <br /> <br />village of Roseville and said City of st. Paul harmless from all damages, <br /> <br />mst, expense and liability on account of any failure of any Village of <br /> <br />Shoreview public sanitary sewer system properly to serve for the <br /> <br />purposes hereinbefore designated any property located with the limits <br /> <br />aforedescribed of said Village of Shoreview and/or by the reason of any <br /> <br /> <br />injury occasioned by alleged inadequacy of said Village of Shoreview sani- <br /> <br /> <br />tary sewer system or connection therewith: and said village of Shoreview <br /> <br /> <br />shall be obligated to fully indemnify said Village of Roseville and City <br /> <br /> <br />of st. Paul against liability on account of any action, claim, or demand <br /> <br /> <br />for the recovery of damages, cost or expense by any party against said <br /> <br />Village of Roseville or City of st. paul in any such case. <br /> <br />-12- <br />
