<br />SECTION X. <br /> <br /> <br />That this Ordinance, every permission and authority hereby <br /> <br />granted, and every agreement between the Village of Roseville and the <br /> <br />Village of Shoreview pertaining thereto or resulting therefrom shall <br /> <br /> <br />be subject to all provisions of this Ordinance and all applicable <br /> <br /> <br />rules, regulations, and requirements prescribed and promulgated by <br /> <br /> <br />the State Board of Health of the State of Minnesota, or by any other <br /> <br /> <br />State of Federal Governmental Agency having cognizance and shall be <br /> <br /> <br />deemed further subject to all applicable ordinances and laws of <br /> <br /> <br />municipal, state, and governmental authorities except for any <br /> <br />inconsistent rules, regulation, or ordinance of said Village of <br />Shoreview. <br /> <br />SECTION XI. <br />That billings for charges to be made by the Village of Boseville <br />including those charges made by the City of St. Paul shall be made <br />quarterly by the Village of Roseville through its Village Clerk to <br />said Village of Shoreview based on the aforesaid information required <br />hereunder to be furnished by said Village of Shoreview to said Village <br />of Roseville, pertaining to said Shoreview public sanitary sewer system <br /> <br />and such connections therewith, and such verification hereof or <br /> <br />additional data thereto as said Village of Roseville shall elect to <br /> <br />make and may obtain upon investigation. That such combined quarterly <br /> <br />billing shall be made for the preceding quarterly period in each case <br /> <br />on January 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1, of each year as <br /> <br /> <br />applicable hereto and shall be payable within 30 days after billing <br /> <br />date. Any billing remaining unpaid after 30 days shall bear interest <br /> <br />-13- <br />
