The Village of Shoreview further agrees <br /> <br />to aforesaid payments, rates, and undertakes to make such payments <br /> <br />regardless of its collection of the appropriate individual accounts <br /> <br />from users of the sanitary sewer within the village of Shore view. <br />SECTION XII. <br /> <br />That said Village of Shoreview shall pass an Ordinance formally <br /> <br />accepting and agreeing to abide by all the provisions, terms and <br /> <br />conditions of this Ordinance and City of St. Paul Ordinance No.I0725, <br /> <br /> <br />as amended, in the form to be approved by the attorney of the Village <br /> <br />of Roseville, and shall file a duly certified copy of such Ordinance <br /> <br /> <br />with the Clerk of the Village of Roseville within 10 days from and <br /> <br /> <br />after the effective date of this Ordinance and if at the end of such <br /> <br /> <br />10 day period said Village of Shoreview shall not have formally <br /> <br /> <br />accepted and agreed to abide by the provisions, terms and conditions <br /> <br /> <br />of this Ordinance and City of St. Paul Ordinance No. 10725, as amended, <br /> <br />in the form and manner aforesaid, then unless time is extended by the <br /> <br />village of Roseville all permissions and authority hereby granted or <br /> <br />provided to be granted by said Village of Roseville to said Village <br /> <br />of Shoreview to construct, connect, maintain or operate said connection <br /> <br />between said public sanitary sewer systems or for any purpose whatsoever <br /> <br />shall absolutely terminate. <br /> <br />SECTION XIII. <br />That in the event of any default by said Village of Shoreview <br /> <br />of any of the pertinent provisions of this Ordinance, said Village of <br /> <br />-14- <br />
