<br />costs incurred in connection therewith such as legal, engineering, <br /> <br /> <br />and inspection fees and other incidental costs. <br /> <br /> <br />SECTION III. <br /> <br /> <br />The Village of Shoreview, as a part of its obligation hereunder, <br /> <br /> <br />shall pay to the Village of Roseville the following charges: <br /> <br /> <br />A. Any and all charges made to the Village of Roseville <br /> <br /> <br />by the City of Saint Paul resulting from and on account <br /> <br /> <br />of the said sanitary sewer system of Shoreview being <br /> <br /> <br />connected to the sanitary sewer system of the Village <br /> <br /> <br />of Roseville. <br /> <br /> <br />B. An annual conveyance charge by Roseville for the use <br /> <br /> <br />of the applicable or affected Roseville trunk and <br /> <br /> <br />interceptor sewers in an amount comparable to that <br /> <br /> <br />paid by individual sewer users within the Village of <br /> <br /> <br />Roseville for the operation and maintenance and use <br /> <br /> <br />of comparable Roseville interceptor and trunk sewers. <br /> <br /> <br />This charge to be paid by sewer users in the Village <br /> <br /> <br />of Shoreview for the use of subject trunk and inter- <br /> <br /> <br />ceptor sewers shall be based upon a reasonable charge <br /> <br /> <br />comparable as stated to that paid by Roseville sewer <br /> <br /> <br />users for comparable sewer use, and shall be established <br /> <br /> <br />at this time to be 60% of the rate charged to Roseville <br /> <br /> <br />sewer users for the use of all Roseville sewers including <br /> <br />interceptor, trunk and lateral sewers: such charge to <br /> <br />~- <br />
