<br />Roseville sewer users being that determined under village of Roseville <br /> <br /> <br />Council Ordinance No. 259 adopted November 12, 1958, and as such <br /> <br /> <br />Ordinance may be hereafter amended. <br />In respect to Shoreview property which shall be connected <br />to the Shoreview sewer system for the disposal of industrial sewage <br />waste, the Village of Roseville may impose a supplemental annual <br />charge as determined by the Roseville Village Council to be <br />reasonable and warranted. <br />In the event the total of all charges otherwise payable to <br />the Village of Roseville for the conveyance of Shoreview sewage, for <br /> <br /> <br />any quarterly period as established, is less than the amount calculated <br /> <br /> <br />by applying the volumetric rate of $0.025 per 100 cubic feet to the <br /> <br /> <br />sewage volume measured weekly at the designated measuring points, for <br /> <br /> <br />each quarterly period, the Village of Roseville may impose a volumetric <br /> <br /> <br />charge to all property connected to the Shoreview Village sanitary <br /> <br /> <br />sewer system as described in Section I hereof. Said volumetric charge <br /> <br /> <br />shall take the form of a percental increase to the aforesaid total <br /> <br /> <br />charge, which increase shall be determined by the Village of Roseville <br /> <br /> <br />in addition to other charges and shall be adequate, together with <br /> <br /> <br />such other charges, to provide sufficient monies for the operation <br /> <br />and maintenance of the portions of the trunk and interceptor sewer <br /> <br />portion of the Roseville sanitary sewer system used for the conreyance <br /> <br />of such Shoreview sewage. <br /> <br /> <br />That, in addition, in the event the portiCll of the Roseville <br /> <br /> <br />interceptor sewer system which shall convey Sboreview sewerage shall <br /> <br />..5- <br />
