ANTHONY TO CONNECT THE <br />PUBLIC SANITARY SEWER SYSTEM OF SAID VILLAGE OF <br />ST. ANTHONY TO THE PUBLIC SANITARY SEWER SYSTEM <br />OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, AND THEREAFTER <br />MAINTAIN AND OPERATE THE SAME AS AN OUTLET FOR <br />SAID PUBLIC SANITARY SEWER SYSTEM OF SAID VILLAGE <br />FOR PUBLIC" SEWAGE CONVEYANCE AND DISPOSAL PURPOSES, <br />AND PROVIDING APPLICABLE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. <br /> <br />The Council of the Village of Roseville does ordain: <br /> <br />SECTION I. <br /> <br />That the Vi.llage of St. Anthony is hereby granted permissi.on <br /> <br />and authority, subject to all the terms and conditions hereafter <br /> <br />expressed, and subject to all the terms and conditions expressed <br /> <br />in City of Saint Paul Ordinance No. 10725, as amended, and as may <br /> <br />be amended herea.fter by said City of Saint Paul, to discharge its <br /> <br />sanitary sewage into the Roseville public sanitary sewer system <br /> <br />through a connection adjacent to the intersection of Lydia Avenue <br /> <br />and Highcrest Drive and to construct and thereafter maintain and <br /> <br />operate this connection according to conventional engineering <br /> <br />standards approved as to construction, location and elevation by <br /> <br />the Village of Roseville joining the public sanitary sewer system <br /> <br />of the Village of St. Anthony with the public sanitary sewer system <br /> <br />of the Village of Roseville to be maintained and operated as the <br /> <br />sole outlet for that portion of the St. Anthony public sanitary <br /> <br />sewer system from the following described area withi.n the Village <br /> <br />of st.
