<br />The South one-half (S~) and the Northwest Quarter <br /> <br />(NW~) of Section 31, Township 30 North, Range 23 <br />West, according to the United States Government <br /> <br />Survey thereof: <br /> <br />the sewage from subject area of the Village of St. Anthony will <br /> <br />be conveyed through the trunk and interceptor sewer system of the <br /> <br />Village of Roseville for discharge into the public sanitary sewer <br /> <br />system of the City of st. Paul for further conveyance and ultimate <br /> <br />disposal. <br /> <br />This Ordinance shall not be applicable to any subsequent <br /> <br />system hereafter constructed and designed to connect to and dis- <br /> <br />charge into any outlet other than through Roseville. <br /> <br />SECTION II. <br /> <br />That said Village of Roseville, as a part of its obligations <br /> <br />hereunder, has advertised for construction bids, received such bids, <br /> <br />and awarded a contract for the construction of an enlarged trunk <br /> <br />sewer extending from its intersection with the Roseville Interceptor <br /> <br />Sewer at a point approximately 1450 feet west of Cleveland Avenue <br /> <br />and approximately 1150 feet north of County Road "c" and extending <br /> <br />northerly and westerly along public streets and private property <br /> <br />approximately 7075 feet to the above described point of connection. <br /> <br />Said trunk sewer within the Village of Roseville has been <br /> <br />enlarged from the size required for the sole use of the Village <br /> <br />-2- <br />
