<br />A. Any and all charges made to the Village of Roseville <br /> <br />by the City of St. Paul resulting from and on account <br /> <br />of the said sanitary sewer system of St. Anthony being <br /> <br />connected to the sanitary sewer system of the Village <br /> <br />of Roseville. <br /> <br />B. An annual conveyance charge by Roseville for the use of <br /> <br />the applicable or affected Roseville trunk and interceptor <br /> <br />sewers in an amount comparable to that paid by individual <br /> <br />sewer users within the Village of Roseville for the <br /> <br />operation and maintenance and use of comparable Roseville <br /> <br />int:erceptor and trunk sewers. This charge to be paid by <br /> <br />sewer users in the Village of St. Anthony for the use of <br /> <br />subject trunk and interceptor sewers shall be based upon <br /> <br />a reasonable charge comparable as stated to that paid <br /> <br />by Roseville sewer users for comparable sewer use, and <br /> <br />shall be established at this time to be 60% of the rate <br /> <br />charged to Roseville sewer users for the use of all <br /> <br />Roseville sewers including interceptor, trunk and lateral <br /> <br />sewers: such charge to Roseville sewer users being that <br /> <br />determined under Village of Roseville Council Ordinance <br /> <br />No. 259 adopted November 12, 1958, and as such Ordinancl= <br /> <br />may be hereafter amended. <br /> <br />In respect ,to St. Anthony property which shall be connected to <br /> <br />the St. Anthony sewer system for the disposal of industrial sewage <br /> <br />-4- <br />
