<br />of Roseville to a diameter of 27" for a distance of approximately <br /> <br />2465 feet, to a diameter of 24" for a distance of approximately <br /> <br />1180 feet, to a diameter of 21" for a distance of approximately <br /> <br />1230 feet, to a diameter of 18" for a distance of approximately <br /> <br />785 feet, to a diameter of 15" for a distance of approximately 1415 <br /> <br />feet. The contract awarded for the construction of subject trunk <br /> <br />sewer requires the completion of the work by no later than July 1, <br /> <br />1960 . <br /> <br />That said Village of St. Anthony, in addition to all annual and <br /> <br />other service charges and as part of its obligations hereunder, shall <br /> <br />pay to the Village of Roseville, on or before August I, 1960, the sum <br /> <br />of $82,250.00 for the cost hereby apportioned to and provided to be <br /> <br />borne by said Village of St. Anthony, for its share of the cost of <br /> <br />interceptor sewers and the cost of enlarged trunk and lateral sewers <br /> <br />concerned with providing the sewer connections for the aforedescribed <br /> <br /> <br />portion of the Village of St. Anthony, said sum of $82,250.00 shall be <br /> <br />the total cost to the Village of St. Anthony and shall include the <br /> <br />aforesaid construction cost and all reasonable costs incurred in <br /> <br />connection therewith such as legal, engineering, and inspection fees <br /> <br />and other incidental costs. <br /> <br />SECTION III. <br /> <br />The Village of St. Anthony, as a part of its obligation here- <br /> <br />under, shall pay to the Village of Roseville the following charges: <br /> <br />-3- <br />
