<br />St. Anthony shall share in such repair costs.to the extent and pro- <br /> <br />portion comparable with the volume of either of subject sewers being <br /> <br />utilized by that area of the Village of st. Anthony being served by <br /> <br />connection approved herei.n. <br /> <br />In respect to the charges provided for in paragraph (8) hereof, <br /> <br />the Village of Roseville reserves the right exercisable not oftener <br /> <br />than once in each calendar year, through its Council, to institute <br /> <br />and conduct either upon its own initiative or upon petition of said <br /> <br />Villaqe of St. Anthony, such investigations as said Village Council <br /> <br />of Roseville shall deem necessary and expedient in the premises and <br /> <br />thereupon determine the reasonableness of the aforesaid charges or <br /> <br />that of any of the same, and revise or change such charges or any <br /> <br />of same as shall be required so that the same shall conform to those <br /> <br />that said Village Council of Roseville shall determine and prescribe <br /> <br />as reasonable am applicable, provided however, that before determining <br /> <br />and making any change in charges except as provided for in said para- <br /> <br /> <br />graph (B), the Village of St. Anthony shall be given an opportunity <br /> <br /> <br />to have its Councilor representative of its Council appear before <br /> <br /> <br />the Village Council of Roseville, or meet with the Village Council <br /> <br />of Roseville and present any pertinent evidence, statements or facts <br /> <br />as to what the Village of St. Anthony deems to be the reasonable <br /> <br />charges. <br /> <br />SECTION IV. <br />~hat said Village of st.
