<br />suitable sewage metering equipment to accurately and constantly <br /> <br />measure all sewage being discharged from the aforedescribed portion <br /> <br />of St. Anthony into the Roseville Sanitary Sewer System. To accomplish <br /> <br />such measurement of sewage, since all sewage,must be pumped through <br /> <br />a force main to the established connection point, said Village of <br /> <br />St. Anthony shall at its own cost and expense install in the lift <br /> <br />station lifting sewage into the Village of Roseville Sanitary Sewer <br /> <br />System a suitable sewage meter equipped with efficient remote register- <br /> <br />ing and recording mechanisms for the constant and accurate measuring, <br /> <br />registering, and recording of the volume of the sewage as the same <br /> <br />shall be discharged from said Village of St. Anthony sewage lift <br /> <br />station into the Village of Roseville public sanitary sewer system, <br /> <br />and in accordance with the plans and specifications thcrefa:e to be <br /> <br />approved by the Village of Roseville. <br /> <br />That the volume of sewage to be discharged into the Village of <br /> <br />Roseville shall be constantly and accurately measured and recorded by <br /> <br />subject sewer meter of the approved type within said lift station, <br /> <br />the weekly readings of such registered and recorded sewage volume <br /> <br />discharge shall be made by the Village of Roseville for the accurate <br /> <br />determination of such sewage volume discharge for each quarterly <br /> <br />billing period. That the Village of Roseville shall have access <br /> <br />to aforesaid sewage meter within said lift station, and that such <br /> <br />sewage meter shall be maintained in good working condition sttch <br /> <br />-7- <br />
