<br />The Village of St. Anthony, to insure that the sewers constructed <br /> <br />in their public sanitary sewer system shall exclude as nearly as <br /> <br />possible all ground waters, shall require that all sewers constructed <br /> <br />shall limit ground water infiltration to the amount of 500 gallons <br /> <br />per inch diameter of pipe per mile of length of pipe per 24 hours <br /> <br />and shall determine such infiltration quantities on a block by <br /> <br />block basis. <br /> <br />SECTION VII. <br /> <br /> <br />That said Village of Roseville shall have the right at all <br /> <br /> <br />reasonable times and by the exercise of all reasonable procedures <br /> <br />and facilities to inspect, explore and survey all or any part of said <br /> <br />Village of St. Anthony public sanitary sewer system as the same shall <br /> <br />be constructed or extended or otherwise altered in the future. This <br /> <br />inspection shall be made to permit compliance by the Village of <br /> <br />Roseville with City of Saint Paul Ordinance No. 10725, as amended, <br /> <br />and to insure compliance of the Village of St. Anthony with this <br /> <br />Ordinance. This permission granted to the Village of Roseville <br /> <br />shall also permit the City of Saint Paul to make such inspections <br /> <br />as said City of Saint Paul shall request or deem necessary. Village <br /> <br />of St. Anthony agrees that where St. Anthony sewers or sewer connections <br /> <br />are found to be lacking in conformity to all regulations pertaining <br /> <br />thereto that the Village of St. Anthony will take appropriate action <br /> <br />to the end of effecting the elimination of all nonconformities. <br /> <br />-9- <br />
