<br />such that sewage volumes may be measured accurately. <br /> <br />SECTION V. <br />that said Village of St. Anthony shall not permit any <br /> <br />connections to be made to its said public sanitary sewer system <br /> <br /> <br />in respect to any property lying beyond the limits of the area <br /> <br /> <br />described in this Ordinance, and that no connection other than the <br /> <br /> <br />hereinabove expressly approved connections shall be permitted and <br /> <br />authorized without further express authorization therefor by the <br /> <br />Council of the Village of Roseville and further by the Council of <br /> <br />the City of Saint Paul. <br /> <br />SECTION VI. <br />That said Village of St. Anthony public sanitary sewer system <br /> <br />as the same shall be connected and as the same shall be constructed <br /> <br />with said Village of Roseville Public Sanitary Sewer System, shall <br /> <br />carry only sanitary sewage flow as limited to domestic and industrial <br /> <br />wast.e from houses and other structures exclusive from storm and <br /> <br />ground water drainage. That said Village of St. Anthony shall by <br /> <br />the adoption and employment of suitable methods effect minimum <br /> <br />acceptable standards as to the amount of infiltration of surface <br /> <br />and ground water in respect to its public sanitary sewer system, <br /> <br />and shall further prohibit the types of waste discharged into its <br /> <br />public sanitary system by compliance with appropriate sect;ions of <br /> <br />Village of Roseville Ordinance No. 218 adopted on September 4, 1956. <br /> <br />-8- <br />
