<br />. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE No.3' 0 0 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE GRANTING PERMISS ION AND AUTHORITY TO THE VILIAGE <br />OF ARDEN HILLS TO CONNECT THE PUBLIC SANITARY SEWER SYSTEM OF <br />SAID VILLAGE OF ARDEN HILLS TO THE PUBLIC SANITARY SEWER SYSTEM <br />OF THE VILIAGE OF ROSEVILLE, AND THEREAFTER MAINTAIN AND OPERATE <br />THE SAME AS AN OUTLET FOR SAID PUBLIC SANITARY SEWER SYSTEM OF <br />SAID VILIAGE FOR PUBLIC SEWAGE CONVEYANCE AND DISPOSAL PURPOSES, <br />AND PROVIDING APPLICABLE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. <br /> <br />The Council of the Village of Rosevil1e does ordain: <br /> <br />SECTION I <br /> <br />That the Village of Arden Hills, is hereby granted permission and authority, <br /> <br />subject to all the terms and conditions hereafter expressed, and subject to <br /> <br />all the terms and conditions expressed in City of Saint Paul Ordinance No. 10725, <br /> <br />as amended, and as may be amended hereafter by said City of St. Paul, to dis- <br /> <br />charge its sanitary sewage into the Roseville public sanitary sewer system <br /> <br />through two separate connections, one connection at the intersection of County <br /> <br />Road "D" and Prior Avenue, and the other connection at a point on County Road "D" <br /> <br />approximately 425 feet east of its intersection with Fairview Avenue and to <br /> <br />constructe.and thereafter maintain and operate these connections according to <br /> <br />conventional engineering standards approved as to construction, location and <br /> <br />elevation by the Village of Rosevi11e joining the public sanitary sewer system <br /> <br />of the Village of Arden Hills with the public sanitary sewer system of the <br /> <br />Village of Roseville to be maintained and operated as the sole outlet for that <br /> <br />portion of the Arden Hills public sanitary sewer system from the following <br /> <br />described area within the Village of Arden Hills, to-wit: <br /> <br />Commencing at a point on the south line of the Village of Arden Hills, <br /> <br />said point being the SW corner of the E~ of the E~ of Section 33, Town- <br /> <br />ship 30, Range 23; thence northerly along the west line of said E~ of <br /> <br />E~ t 0 the north line of said Section 33; thence northerly along the <br /> <br />west line of the SE\ of the SE\ of Section 28, T 30, R 23, approximately <br /> <br />- 1 - <br />
