listing of all service connections and water service meters and private water supply systems pertinent thereto stating the location, size and nature of con. structions the character of same, both accurately and completely reflective of such facts at all times, and that said Village of Arden Hills shall within 60 days after the completion of the construction of any portion of said public sanitary sewer system furnish a certified counterpart of said map and certified counterpart of said listing, both in duplicate, to the Village of Roseville. That the Village of Arden Hills quarterly thereafter as of January 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1 of each year within 15 days after each respective date shall complete and draft supplemental maps and listings showing the then current situation containing comparable data pertaining to its public sanitary sewer system and all service connections and water service meters and private well supply systems therewith together with the date of such unreported extensions, additions, or alterations in respect to said public sanitary sewer system and such service connections therewith and thereupon deliver same in duplicate to the Village Clerk in the Village of Roseville. SECTION X That said Village of Arden Hills shall be obligated to save said Village of Roseville and said City of St. Paul harmless from any damage, cost, or expense, and fully indemnify said Village of Roseville and said City of St. Paul against any and all liabilities sustained by reason of the connecting or maintenance of the connections hereunder between said public sanitary sewer systems or by reason of any damage caused, expense or loss that ma, be sustained by said Village of Arden Hills, its inhabitants or any other person or persons connected with the use of said Village of Arden Hills public sanitary sewer system, or by the reason of diversion into said public sanitary sewer system of roof waner or storm water drainage. - 11 -
