to insure that the sewers constructed in their public sanitary sewer system shall exclude as nearly as possible all ground waters shall require that all sewers constructed shall limit ground water infiltration to the amount of 500 gallons per inch diameter of pipe per mile of length of pipe per 24 hours and shall determine such infiltration quantities on a block by block basis. SECTION VIII That said Village of Roseville shall have the right at all reasonable times and by the exercise of all reasonable procedures and facilities to inspect, explore and survey all or any part of said Village of Arden Rills public sanitary sewer system as the same shall be constructed or extended or otherwise altered in the future. This inspection shall be made to permit compliance by the Village of Roseville with City of St. Paul Ordinance No. 10725 as amended, and as hereafter may be amendedl and to insure compliance of the Village of Arden Hills with this Ordinance. This permission granted to the Village of Roseville shall also permit the City of St. Paul to make such inspections as said City of St. Paul shall request or deem necessary. Village of Arden Hills agrees that where Arden Hills sewers or sewer connections are found to be lacking in conformity to all regula- tions pertaining thereto that the Village of Arden Hills will take appropriate action to the end of effecting the elimination of all nonconformities. SECTION IX That said Village of Arden Hills shall be obligated to compile and maintain as a part of its public records at all times available to the Village of Roseville a complete, accurate, and current system of records showing the location and size of its public sanitary sewer system together with extensions or alterations and showing the location, size, and nature of each sewer and sewer service connection and water service meter or private well supply system connected therewith.
