sewer system and such connections therewith; and such verification hereof or additional data thereto as said Village of Roseville shall elect to make and may obtain upon investigation. That such combined quarterly billing shall be made for the preceding quarterly period in each case on January 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1 of each year as applicable hereto and shall be payable within 30 days after billing date. Any billing remaining unpaid after 30 days shall bear interest at the rate of 6% per annum. The Village of Arden Hills further agrees to aforesaid payments, rates, and undertakes tomake such payments regardless of its collection of the appropriate individual accounts from users of the sanitary sewer within the Village of Arden Hills. SECTION XIII That said Village of Arden Hills shall pass an Ordinance formally accepting and agreeing to abide by all the provisions, terms and conditions of this Ordinance and City of St. Paul Ordinance No. 10725 as amended, and as may be amended hereafter, in the form to be approved by the attorney of the Village of Roseville, and shall file a duly certified copy of such Ordinance with the Clerk of the Village of Roseville within 10 days from and after the effective date of this Ordinance and if at the end of such 10 day period said Village of Arden Hills shall not have formally accepted and agreed to abide by the provisions, terms and conditions of this Ordinance and City of St. Paul Ordinance No. 10725, as amended~ and as may be amended hereafter, in the form and manner aforesaid, then unless time is extended by the Village of Roseville all permissions and authority hereby granted or provided to be granted by said Village of Roseville to said Village of Arden Hills to construct, connect, maintain or operate said connection between said public sanitary sewer systems or for any purpose whatso- ever shall absolutely terminate. - 13 -
