<br />SECTION XIV <br /> <br />That in the event of any default by said Village of Arden Hills of any of the <br /> <br />pertinent provisions of this Ordinance, said Village of Roseville shall have <br /> <br />the absolute right to repeal this Ordinance and terminate all contractual <br /> <br />relations, permissions, and authorizations effected hereunder despite any contrary <br /> <br />provision of this Ordinance.
