Roseville, on or before December 15, 1960, the sum of $115,150.00 for the cost hereby apportioned to and provided to be borne by said Village of Arden Hills, for its share of the cost of interceptor sewers and the cost of enlarged trunk and lateral sewers concerned with providing the sewer connections for the above described portion of the Village of Arden Hills. Said sum of $115,150.00 shall be the total cost to the Village of Arden Hills and shall include the aforesaid construction cost and all reasonable costs incurred in connection therewith such as legal, engineering, and inspection fees and other incidental costs. SECTION III The Village of Arden Hills, as a part of its obligation hereunder, shall pay to the Village of Roseville the following charges: A. Any and all charges n~de to the Village of Roseville by the City of Saint Paul resulting from and on account of said sanitary sewer system of Arden Hills being connected to the sanitary sewer system of the Village of Roseville. B. An annual conveyance charge by Roseville for the use of the applicable or affected Roseville trunk and interceptor sewers in an amount comparable to that paid by individual sewer users within the Village of Roseville for the operation and maintenance and use of compar- able Roseville interceptor and trunk sewers. This charge to be paid by sewer users in the Village of Arden Hills for the use of subject trunk and interceptor sewers shall be based upon a reason- able charge comparable as stated to that paid by Roseville sewer users for comparable sewer use, and shall be established at this time to be 60% of the rate charged to Roseville sewer users for the - 4 -
