<br />discharge into the public sanitary sewer system of the City of St. Paul for <br /> <br />further conveyance and ultimate disposal. <br /> <br />This Ordinance shall not be applicable to any subsequent system hereafter con- <br /> <br />structed and designed to connect to and discharge into any outlet other than <br /> <br />through Roseville. <br /> <br />SECTION II <br /> <br /> <br />That said Village of Roseville, as a part of its obligations hereunder, will <br /> <br /> <br />advertise for construction bids for the construction of an enlarged trunk sewer <br /> <br /> <br />extending from its intersection with the Roseville Interceptor Sewer at a point <br /> <br /> <br />approximately 700 feet west of Fairview Avenue and approximately one-quarter mile <br /> <br /> <br />north of County Road liCit and extending northerly along public streets and private <br /> <br /> <br />property to the intersection of Lydia Avenue and Mildred Street, where the <br /> <br />sewer divides into two branch sewers, one continuing northerly and westerly <br /> <br />along Lydia Avenue, Mildred Street and County Road "D" to the intersection of <br /> <br />County Road "DIt and Prior Avenue, and the other extending northerly and easterly <br /> <br />along Lydia Avenue, Fairview Avenue, and County Road "D" to a point on County <br /> <br />Road "D" approximately 425 feet east of Fairview Avenue. <br /> <br />Said trunk sewer within the Village of Roseville has been enlarged from the <br /> <br />size required for the sole use of the Village of Roseville to a diameter 27" <br /> <br />for a distance of approximately 3400 feet to a diameter of 24" for a distance <br /> <br />of approximately 2000 feet and to a diameter of 10" for a distance of approxi- <br /> <br />mately 2500 feet. <br /> <br />It is intended that the contract awarded for this construction would require <br /> <br />the completion of the work by no later than November 30, 1960. <br /> <br />That said Village of Arden Hills, in addition to all annual and other service <br /> <br />charges and as part of its obligations hereunder, shall pay to the Village of <br /> <br />- 3 - <br />
