aforedescribed annual maintenance and operation charges or where the enlarged trunk sewer shall require extensive or unusual repair over and above charges normally to be met by the aforedescribed annual maintenance and operation charges, that the Village of Arden Hills shall share in such repair costs to the extent and proportion com- parable with the volume of either of subject sewers being utilized by that area of the Village of Arden Hills being served by connection approved herein. In respect to the charges provided for in Paragraph (B) hereof, the Village of Roseville reserves the right exercisable not oftener than once in each calendar year, through its Council, to institute and conduct either upon its own initiative or upon petition of said Village of Arden Hills, such investigations as said Village Council of Rose- ville shall deem necessary and expedient in the premises and thereupon determine the reasonableness of the aforesaid charges or that of any of the same, and revise or change such charges or any of same as shall be required so that the same shall conform to those that said Village Council of Roseville shall determine and prescribe as reasonable and applicable, provided, however, that before determining and making any change in charges except as provided for in said Paragraph (B), the Village of Arden Hills shall be given an opportunity to have its Councilor representative of its Council appear before the Village Council of Roseville, or meet with the Village Council of Rosevite and present any pertinent evidence, statements or facts as to what the Village of Arden Hills deems to be the reasonable charges. - 6 -
