<br />SECTION IV <br /> <br />That said Village of Arden Hills as a part of its obligations hereunder, shall <br /> <br />at its own cost and expense provide proper and suitable sewage metering equipment <br /> <br />to accurately and constantly measure all sewage being discharged from the afore- <br /> <br />said portion of Arden Hills into the Roseville sanitary sewer system, the only <br /> <br />exception thereto being those houses located on the north side of County Road "D" <br /> <br />between Fairview and Prior Avenues which may discharge directly i~to a Roseville <br /> <br />sewer. To accomplish such measurement of sewage, for the connection at County <br /> <br />Road liD" and Prior Avenue, the Village of Arden Hills shall construct and complete <br /> <br />a suitable sewage meter station and shall install therein a suitable sewage meter <br /> <br />equipped with efficient remote registering mechanisms for the constant and accur- <br /> <br />ate measuring, registering, and recording of the volume of the sewage as the same <br /> <br />shall be discharged from said Village of Arden Hills public sanitary sewer system <br /> <br />into the Village of Roseville public sanitary sewer system at the aforedescribed <br /> <br />point of connection. <br /> <br />To accomplish such measurement of sewage for the connection on County Road "D" <br /> <br /> <br />east of Fairview, the Village of Arden Hills shall install in the lift station <br /> <br /> <br />in Arden Hills, installed to discharge to the above described point, a suitable <br /> <br /> <br />sewage meter equipped with efficient remote registering mechanisms for the constant <br /> <br />and accurate measuring, registering, and recording of the volume of the sewage <br /> <br />as the same shall be discharged from the said Village of Arden Hills lift station <br /> <br /> <br />into the Village of Roseville public sanitary sewer system. The plans and specifi- <br /> <br /> <br />cations for the meter station and the sewage meters installed at each of the two <br /> <br />aforesaid points of connection shall be in accordance with the plans and specifica- <br /> <br />tions therefor and as approved by the Village of Roseville. <br /> <br />That the volume of sewage to be discharged into the Village of Roseville shall be <br /> <br />- 7 - <br />
