<br />(ii) The sign shall not be highEr than twenty- <br />five (25) feet above grade level at the <br />base of the sign. <br /> <br />(iii) No part of the sign shall be less than <br />twenty (20) feet from a side lot line nor <br />less than three (3) feet from any driveway <br />or parking area. <br /> <br />(iv) No part of a projecting sign on a pylon <br />shall be less than fourteen (14) feet <br />vertical distance above the grade level <br />at the base of the sign. <br /> <br />(v) The gross area of any surface of the sign <br />shall not exceed one hundred (100) square <br />feet. <br /> <br />14.290. Siqn Requlations in "I" Districts. Within <br />the "I-l" and "I-2" Districts, name plate signs, business signs <br />and advertising signs are permitted subject to the following <br />regulations: <br /> <br />14.291. The number of square feet in the gross surface <br />area of all business signs and name plate signs per lot shall not <br />exceed the sum of four (4) square feet per front foot of building, <br />plus one (1) square foot for each one thousand (1000) square feet <br />devoted todf-street parking. The least width of a corner lot <br />shall be the front for purposes of this Ordinance. No individual <br />business sign surface shall exceed six hundred (600) square feet <br />in area, nor shall two (2) or more smaller signs be so arranged <br />and integrated as to cause an advertising surface over six <br />hundred (600) square feet in area. <br /> <br />14.292. Advertising signs are permitted limited to net <br />more than one (1) structure for each lot of one hundred (100) foot <br />frontage or less and only one (1) additional structure for each <br />one hundred (100) feet of additional lot frontage. Such structure <br />may be double-face or v-type but shall not contain more than <br />two (2) signs per facing nor exceed sixty (60) feet in length; <br />nor 700 square feet of gross surface area per facing. <br /> <br />14.293. Where an advertising sign is the only structure <br />on a site the applicant shall landscape and maintain the area <br />between the structure and the front property lire in con formity <br />
