32.094. Septic 'rank Installation. No septic tank shall be in- stalled without first obtaining a permit, the fee for which shall be $2.00. 32.095. Cesspool or Drain Field Installation. No cesspool or drain field shall be installed without first obtaining a permit, the fee for which shall be $2.00. 32.100. Gas Permits. The fees for permits issued under Section 31.130 shall be $5.00 for each installation involving a B.T.U. gas input on 400,000 B.T.U. or less, and a fee of $5.00 plus $1.00 for each 100,000 B.T.U. of gas input capacity for installations larger than 400,000 B.T.U. of gas input. 32.110. Heating. The fees for permits issued under Section 31.150 are as follows: For the installation of an oil burner or oil burner equipment for use in connection with a heating system, the permit fee charged shall be made at the rate of $4.00 for each such installation up to 3 gallons per hour input capacity and 259 for each additional gallon per hour. For any alterations, repairs or additions to an existing oil burner or oil burner equipment used in connection with a heating system, the permit fee charged shall be $5.00. For any construction, installation or alteration of any system or hot water system used in the conduction of steam for heat or power purposes, the permit fee charged shall be made at the rate of 759 for each such permit issued, plus an additional fee charge for the specific work as listed herein. For the installation or replacement of each steam or hot water boiler for a heating system \.,hich does not e;~ceed 400 square feet, E.D.R. of the rated heating capacity of steam radiation or its hot water equivalent, the permit fee charged shall be made at the rate of $4.00. For each additional 500 square feet E.D.R. or fractional part thereof of equivalent steam radiation, the permit fee charge shall be at the rate of $1.00. For the installation of hot water radiators and piping the permit fee charged shall be $5.00 with an additional charge of 509 for the second and each additional radiator. For the installations, alteration, repair or replacement of warm air heating systems, the permit fee charge shall be made at the rate of $4.00 for each such installation, alteration, repair or replacement.
