For the installation of each incinerator up to 2 bu. size the permit fee charge shall be $3.00 and over 2 bu. size $3.00 plus $1.00 for each additional bu. or fractional portion thereof. For the installation of each electrical heating unit the permit fee charge shall be $5.00 for each installation involving B.T.U. input of 400,000 B.T.D. or less and a fee of $5.00 plus $1.00 for each additional 100,000 B.T.U. input capacity or a fractional portion .thereof. For the inst,allation of each mechanical air conditioning or ventilating system the perrnit fee charge shall be l'}'6 of 'the actual installation value up -to :;;30,000.00 and over $30,000.00 1% of the value up to $30,000.00 plus ~ of 1% of the value over $30,000.00. 32.140.
