EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council of the City of Roseville met in regular session at the City Hall on Monday, the twenty- seventh day of January, 1992, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: P. Johnson, Thomas, Cushman, Maschka, and V. Johnson and the following were absent: None. Councilperson Maschka introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 8749 RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR PUBLIC HEARINGS ON IMPROVEMENT NUMBERS: P-90-02 and ST-90-11, Neighborhood 19 P-92-02 and ST-92-12, Neighborhood 72 P-92-02 and ST-92-13, Neighborhood 73 P-92-02 and ST-92-14, Neighborhood 74 BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville as follows: 1. The Council shall meet at the City Hall, 2660 civic Center Drive, in said City, on February 25, 1992, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. for the purpose of holding a public hearing on the following proposed improvements under and pursuant to the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429: P-90-02, Neighborhood 19 -- Including all that property abutting Heinel Drive from S. Owasso Boulevard to end of cul-de- sac and Heinel Circle from Heinel Drive to end of cul-de-sac and ST-90-ll, storm sewer serving Neighborhood 19. P-92-02, Neighborhood 72 -- Including all that property abutting Bayview Drive, McCarrons Blvd. N. to McCarrons Blvd. N.; Woodruff Avenue, McCarrons Blvd. S. to Wagner Street; Hilltop Avenue, Chandler Avenue to Woodruff Avenue; Chandler Avenue, Hilltop Avenue to Glenwood Avenue; Glenwood Avenue, Chandler Avenue to McCarrons Blvd. S.; Wagner street, west cul-de-sac to east cul-de-sac; and Western Avenue, McCarrons Blvd. S. to cul-de-sac and ST-92-12, storm sewer serving Neighborhood 72. P-92-02, Neighborhood 73 -- Including all that property abutting McCarrons Street, Rice Street to Shady Beach; shady Beach, McCarrons street to Center Street; and Wagner Place, McCarrons street to Shady Beach and ST-92-12, storm sewer serving Neighborhood 73.
