P-92-02, Neighborhood 74 -- Including all that property abutting William street, McCarrons Blvd. S. to Dionne street; Roma Avenue, William street to Farrington street; Farrington street, Roma street to Dionne street; Galtier street, Larpenteur Avenue to Dionne street; Marion street, Larpenteur Avenue to cul-de-sac; and Woodbridge Court, Larpenteur Avenue to cul-de-sac and ST-92-14, storm sewer serving Neighborhood 74. and the Manager is hereby authorized and directed to cause notice of the time, place, and purpose of that meeting to be published twice in the official newspaper, Roseville Review, which publications shall be a week apart, and the second publication shall be not less than three days before the date of the hearing. 2. The notice shall be in substantially the following form: (see attachment) 3. The general nature, estimated cost and area proposed to be assessed for Improvements P-90-02 and ST-90-11, Neighborhood 19; P-92-02 and ST-92-12, Neighborhood 72; P-92-02 and ST-92-13, Neighborhood 73; and P-92-02 and ST-92-14, Neighborhood 74 is determined to be as stated in the foregoing notice, as fully as though the same were separately set forth and resolved herein. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by councilperson P. Johnson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: P. Johnson, Thomas, Cushman, Maschka, and V. Johnson and the following voted against the same: None. whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
