<br />NOTICE OF BEARING <br />ON IMPROVEMENTS P-92-02 and ST-92-12, NEIGHBORHOOD 72 <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE Council of the City of Rosevil1e, <br />Minnesota, will meet at the City Hall, 2660 civic Center Drive, <br />in said city, on the twenty-fifth day of February, 1992, at 7:30 <br />o'clock p.m. to hold a public hearing pursuant to Minnesota <br />Statutes, Chapter 429 as amended on proposed Improvements P-92-02 <br />and ST-92-12, Neighborhood 72 including all that property <br />abutting: <br /> <br />Bayview Drive, McCaroons Blvd. N. to McCarrons Blvd. N. <br />Woodruff Avenue, McCarrons Blvd. S. to Wagner street <br />Hilltop Avenue, Chandler Avenue to Woodruff Avenue <br />Chandler Avenue, Hilltop Avenue to Glenwood Avenue <br />Glenwood Avenue, Chandler Avenue to McCarrons Blvd. S. <br />Wagner Street, west cul-de-sac to east cul-de-sac <br />Western Avenue, McCarrons Blvd. S. to cul-de-sac <br /> <br />All that property abutting Bayview Drive and that area lying <br />southerly of McCarrons Boulevard South, north of Larpenteur <br />Avenue, east of Dale Street, and west of a line 210 feet <br />east of Western Avenue <br /> <br />by the installation of bituminous paving, concrete curb and <br />gutter, sanitary sewer service repair, drainage facilities, and <br />necessary appurtenances.
