<br />NOTICE OF HEARING <br />ON IMPROVEMENT NO. P-ST-92-02, NEIGHBORHOOD 19 <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE Council of the city of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, will meet at the City Hall, 2660 civic Center Drive, in said <br />City, on the twenty-fifth day of February, 1992, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br />to hold a public hearing pursuant to Minnesota statutes, Chapter 429 as <br />amended on proposed Improvement No. P-ST-92-02, Neighborhood 19 <br />including all that property abutting: <br /> <br />Heinel Drive from S. Owasso Boulevard to end of cul-de-sac <br />Heinel Circle from Heinel Drive to end of cul-de-sac <br /> <br />by the installation of bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter, <br />sanitary sewer service repair, drainage facilities, and necessary <br />appurtenances.
