<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE No.3 i b <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 16.020 and 16.030 <br /> <br />OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE WITH <br /> <br />RESPECT TO THE TIME ALLOWED THE PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> <br />FOR HEARINGS ON APPLICATIONS TO REZONE PROPERTY. <br /> <br />The Village Council of Roseville ordains: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Sections 16.020 and 16.030 of the Village Code of the Village <br /> <br />of Roseville are hereby amended to read as follow s: <br /> <br />16. 020. Hearing Before Planning Commission. The Planning <br /> <br />Commission shall hold a public hearing affording an opportunity for all <br /> <br />parties interested to be heard and shall give not less than 10 nor more <br /> <br />than 30 days' notice of time and place of such hearing, published in the <br /> <br />designated legal newspaper for the Village. Such notice shall also con- <br /> <br />tain the description of the land and the proposed change in zoning. At <br /> <br />least 10 days before the hearing the Planning Commission shall mail <br /> <br />an identical notice to the owner and to each of the property owners <br /> <br />within 250 feet of the outside boundaries of the land proposed to be <br /> <br />rezoned. Failure of the Planning Commission to mail notice or failure <br /> <br />of the property owners to receive the notice shall not invalidate the <br /> <br />proceedings. Within 60 days after the date of reference by the Council, <br /> <br />the Planning Commission shall make a written report to the Council <br />
