<br />photograph and the fingerprints shall be filed together with the <br />application with the Village Clerk. <br /> <br />114.113. Driver's License Permit. The applicant for a driver's <br />permit shall, before being issued said permit, pay to the Village Clerk of <br />the Village of Roseville a permit fee of Three Dollars ($3.00). <br /> <br />114. 114. Issuance of Driver's Permits. Upon satisfactory <br />fulfillment of the foregoing requirements, it shall be the duty of the Village <br />Council on recommendation of the Village Clerk, upon proof that said <br />requirements have been met, to issue the driver's permit, which shall be <br />in the form as to contain the photograph and signature of the permit holder <br />and a blank space upon which a record may be made of any arrest of said <br />permit holder. Each driver's permit shall be signed by the Village Clerk <br />and the Chief of Police. <br /> <br />114. 115. Notification on Change of Address. Whenever a permit <br />holder changes his home address or his place of employment, he shall, <br />within five (5) days after such change, notify the Chief of Police and the <br />Village Clerk in writing, giving his old and new home addresses. <br /> <br />114.116. Driver's Permit, Term Of. Driver's permits shall be <br />issued or renewed on the basis of a calendar year. The Village Council may <br />cause the renewal of a driver's permit upon the application for renewal and <br />the payment of the annual fee of Three Dollars ($3.00). The driver in <br />applying for a renewal of his permit shall make an application upon a form <br />to be furnished by the Village Clerk, entitled "Application for Renewal of <br />Driver's Permit." Said form shall be filled out with the full name and <br />address of applicant, together with a statement of the date upon which his <br />original permit was granted and the number thereon. <br /> <br />114. 117. Driver's Permit -- Revocation. Driver's permits may <br />be revoked or suspended by the Village Council at any time for cause. <br /> <br />114. 118. Taxi Stands. The Chief of Police shall from time to <br />time recommend to the Village Council certain portions, other than side- <br />walks, of public highways in said Village to be used and known as public <br />taxicab stands, and the Village Council then may designate the location of <br />said stands. Such stands shall be equally free and open to access to all <br />public vehicles whose owners are licensed under the provisions of this <br />chapter. All such stands shall be plainly marked as public taxicab stands. <br />No motor vehicles other than a taxicab licensed for use of such stand shall <br />make use of any such public taxicab stand. <br />
