<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILL~ <br />ORDINANCE NO.~1 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 297, AS AMENDED, <br />BEING THE VILLAGE CODE OF ROSEVILLE, BY AMENDING THE ZONING <br />CODE AND ZONING MAP PURSUANT TO SECTIONS 16.010, 16.020, 16.030, <br />16.040. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Sections 16.010, 16.020, 16.030, <br /> <br />16.040, of the Zoning Code of the Village Code of nosevi11e, <br /> <br />the property owners filed an application with the Village Clerk <br /> <br />in the form of a written request to rezone from "R-1" to "SC" <br /> <br />the following described property, to-wit: <br /> <br />That part of the E 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of Section 3, <br />Township 29, Range 23, lying north of the center line <br />of County Road "C" and west of Trunk Highway No. 10, <br />also known as Lexington Avenue, as they are presently <br />laid out, and east of a line which is parallel with <br />and 210 feet east of the easterly boundary of North <br />Ridge Plat No. 1 and North Ridge Plat No.2, additions <br />to Ramsey County, Minnesota, except the east 400 feet of <br />the south 823 feet thereof, <br /> <br />WHEREAS the Village Council by motion referred same to <br /> <br />the Planning Commission, and; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, pursuant to due notice <br /> <br />held a public hearing and made its recommendation to the Village <br /> <br />Council that said property be rezoned to "SC" and; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council, pursuant to due notice, held <br /> <br />a public hearing on said matter on the 9th day of June, 1961, <br /> <br />and continued the same until the 14th day of July, 1961, and <br /> <br />continued the same until the 28th day of July, 1961, and continued <br /> <br />the same until the 4th day of August, 1961, and continued the <br />
