<br />WHEREAS, the Village Council has determined that it would <br /> <br />be to the best interests of the Village and the surrounding <br /> <br />property owners to rezone said land to "SC" because of the <br /> <br />improvements recited above to be put in by the property owner, <br /> <br />and the Council further has determined that without said <br /> <br />improvements it would be to the best interests of the Village <br /> <br />and the surrounding property owners to have the land remained <br /> <br />zoned as "R-l". <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, pursuant to said hearing and the recommendation <br /> <br />of the Planning Commission that said property be rezoned to "SC". <br /> <br />The Village Council of Roseville ordains: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />That Ordinance No. 297, as amended, pursuant to Sections <br /> <br />16.010, 16.020, 16.030, 16.040, the Zoning Code and Zoning Map <br /> <br />thereof, be further amended as follows: <br /> <br />That part of the E 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of Section 3, Township <br />29, Range 23, lying north of the center line of County Road" <br />"e" and west of Trunk Highway No. 10, also known as Lexington <br />Avenue, as they are presently laid out, and east of a line <br />which is parallel with and 210 feet east of the easterly <br />boundary of North Ridge Plat No. 1 and North Ridge Plat <br />No.2, additions to Ramsey County, Minnesota, except the <br />east 400 feet of the south 823 feet thereof, <br /> <br />be and is hereby rezoned from "Il-l" to "SC", and that the <br /> <br />zoning map be amended so that said property is calssified and <br /> <br />zoned as "SC". <br /> <br />This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and <br /> <br />after its passage and publication. <br /> <br />:? <br />
