<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO.~~~ <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 297, AS AMENDED, <br /> <br />BEING THE VILLAGE CODE OF ROSEVILLE, BY AMENDING THE ZONING <br />CODE AND ZONING 1~ PURSUANT TO SECTIONS 16.010, 16.020, 16.030, <br />16.040. <br /> <br />WHEllliAS, pursuant to Sections 16.010, 16.020, 16.030, <br /> <br />16.040, of the Zoning Code of the Village Code of Roseville, <br /> <br />the property owners filed an application with the Village Clerk <br /> <br />in the form of a written request to rezone from "R-l" to "R-2" <br /> <br />the following described property, to-wit: <br /> <br />That part of the E 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of Section 3, <br />Township 29, Range 23, lying north of County Road <br />"C" and lying easterly of North Ridge Plat No. 1 <br />and North Ridge Plat No.2, additions to Ramsey <br />County, Minnesota, and west of a line which is <br />parallel with and 150 feet east of the easterly <br />boundaries of said North Ridge Plat No. 1 and <br />North Ridge Plat No.2. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council by motion referred same to <br /> <br />the Planning Commission, and; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, pursuant to due notice <br /> <br />held a public hearing and made its recommendation to the Village <br /> <br />Council that said property be rezoned to "R-2" and; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council, pursuant to due notice, held <br /> <br />a public hearing on said matter on the 9th day of June, 1961, <br /> <br />and continued the same until the 14th day of July, 1961, and <br /> <br />continued the same until the 28th day of July, 1961, and continued <br /> <br />the same until the 4th day of August, 1961, and continued the <br />
