same until the 1st day of September, 1961, and continued the same until the 6th day of October, 1961, and continued the same until the 13th day of October, 1961, at the Village Hall at its regular Council Meeting, and; WHEREAS, the property owner has stated that he intends to dedicate the following described real property to the Village of Roseville as a public road, to-wit: A strip of land sixty (60) feet in width extending north from County Road C, as it is presently laid out, northerly to the north line of the East Half (El) of Southeast Quarter (SEl) of Section 3, Township 29, Range 23, and the center line of which is 180 feet east of and parallel with the easterly boundary line of North Ridge Plat 1 and North Ridge Plat 2, additions to Ramsey County, Minnesota, and the northerly 35 feet of the East Half (El) of Southeast Quarter (SE!) of Section 3, Township 29, Range 23 extending west from Lexington Avenue, also known as State Trunk Highway #10 as it is presently laid out, to a point 630 feet east of the northwest corner of the said East Half (E!> of Southeast Quarter (SEa> of Section 3, Township 29, Range 23. WHEREAS, the property owner has stated that he will construct and build a road onthe said easement according to the Village Ordinances, and that he will cause the said roadway to be rough graded on or before the 1st day of October, 1962; that he will cause sewer and such other public utilities as are then available to be installed on or before the 1st day of October, 1963 in the north-south roadway in the said easement; that he will cause tne north_south roadway to be surfaced and completed south of its intersection with Judith Avenue extended on or before the 1st day of October, 1964; and that he will cause the remaining portion of the said roadway to be surfaced and completed on or before the 1st day of October, 1965, and;
