<br />VILLA,GE OF ROSEVILlE <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 349 <br /> <br />AN ORDINilJ~CE PJ'lENDING TIrE: VILLAGE CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF ROS1'V1LlE <br /> <br />BY ADDING CP~~PTER 146. <br /> <br />'IJ <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of Roseville ordains: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />The Village Code of the Village of Roseville is hereby amended by <br /> <br />adding Chapter 146 to read as follows: <br /> <br />146. Riding Horses <br /> <br />146.010. Definition. As used in this Chapter, "riding horse" means <br /> <br />any horse which is used primarily for riding. <br /> <br />146.020. License Required. No person shall keep anjT riding horse <br /> <br />within the Village of Roseville for over 30 days unless a license therefor has <br /> <br />been first secured. <br /> <br />146.030. Condition of License. License shall be granted to any <br /> <br />applicant for a riding horse on the follmving conditions: <br /> <br />(a) Said riding horse shall be used in such a <br />manner so as not to annoy or disturb residents <br />of the Village of Roseville. <br /> <br />(b) That said riding horse will be kept in an <br />inconspicuous place and not allowed to run <br />at large. <br /> <br />146.040. Application for License. <br /> <br />The application for a license <br /> <br />shall be made to the Village Clerk and granted by the Village Council for the <br /> <br />license of each particular horse, and the license shall be suspended or revoked <br /> <br />by the Village Council upon any breach of the Conditions of License set forth <br /> <br />in this Chapter. <br />
