<br />11-1-6.050. License Fee. The license fee for each riding horse <br /> <br />is hereby established at ~t5. <br /> <br />146.060. Term of License. The license granted by the Village <br /> <br />Council under this Chapter shall be for the life of each horse and need <br /> <br />not be renewed annually. <br /> <br />146.070. Issuing and AffL~ng Tags. <br /> <br />Upon the granting of a <br /> <br />license by the Village Council, the Village Clerk shall issue to the licensee <br /> <br />a tag indicating that a license has been issued and said tag shall be affixed <br /> <br />to the riding horse so licensed. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after <br /> <br />its passage and publication. <br /> <br />Passed by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville this <br /> <br />1st day of December 1961. <br /> <br />lIayor <br /> <br />_.
