<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. 36L <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 297 as AMENDED, <br />BEING THE VILLAGE CODE OF ROSEVILLE, BY AMENDING THE ZONING <br />CODE AND ZONING MAP PURSUANT TO SECTIONS 16.010, 16.020, <br /> <br />16.030, 16.040. <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Sections 16.010, 16.020, 16.030, <br /> <br />16.040 of the Zoning Code of the Village Code of Roseville, <br /> <br />the property owners filed an application with the Village <br /> <br />Clerk in the form of a written request to rezone from "R-l" <br /> <br />to "R-3" the following described property, to-wit: <br /> <br />The Westerly Sixty Feet (W 60') of Lots One (1) through <br />Seven (7), and the Northerly Thirty-eight Feet (N 38') <br />of the Westerly Sixty Feet ( W 60') of Lot Eight (8) <br />and the Northerly Thirty-eight Feet (N 38') of Lot <br />Eleven (11) and all of Lot Twelve (12) through <br />Eighteen ,(18) Block Two (2) Schmidt's Hamline Heights <br />No.2. <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />The Westerly Fifty-five Feet (W 55') of Lots Three (3) <br />through Six (6), and the Westerly Fifty-five (55) Feet <br />of Lot Two (2) except the North 22.9 Feet thereof, all <br />of Lot Eleven (11) except the Northerly Twenty Feet <br />(N 20') thereof and all of Lots Seven (7) through Ten <br />(10) all in Block Three (3) Schmidt's Hamline Heights <br />No.2. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council by motion referred same to the <br /> <br />Planning Commission, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, pursuant to due notice and <br /> <br />public hearing made its recommendation to the Village Council that <br /> <br />said property be rezoned to "R-3", and <br />
