<br />WHEREAS, the Village Council, pursuant to due notice, <br /> <br />held a public hearing on said matter on the 4th day of August, <br /> <br />1961, and continued the same until the 25th day of August, 1961, <br /> <br />and continued the same until the 6th day of October, 1961, and <br /> <br />continued the same until the 10th day of November, 1961, at <br /> <br />the Village Hall at its regular Council meeting, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the property owners have stated that they intend <br /> <br />to vacate part of Terrace Drive described as follows: <br /> <br />From the West line of Huron Street and extending <br />East One Hundred Seventy Feet (E 170') from the <br />said West line, <br /> <br />And further that at the proposed end of Terrace Drive a cul-de- <br /> <br />sac is to be constructed and dedicated pursuant to the Village <br /> <br />Code, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council has determined that with the <br /> <br />vacation of part of Terrace Drive and the construction of a cul- <br /> <br />de-sac as set forth above, it would be desirable that said <br /> <br />rezoning be affect and not otherwise. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, pursuant to said hearing and the recom- <br /> <br />mendation of the Planning Commission that said property be <br /> <br />rezoned to "R-3". <br /> <br />The Village Council of Roseville ordains: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />That Ordinance No. 297, as amended, pursuant to Sections <br /> <br />16.010, 16.020, 16.030, 16.040, the Zoning Code and Zoning Map <br />
