<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. .' <br /> <br />i <br />, <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AHENDING SECTIONS 232.010, 232.050, <br />232.060, 232.090 AND 232.110 OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF THE <br /> <br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE. <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of Roseville <br /> <br />ordains: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />Section 232.010 of the Village Code of the Village <br />of Roseville is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />232.010. Volunteer Fire Department Established. <br /> <br />There is established a Volunteer Fire Department consisting of <br /> <br />a Chief, two assistant chiefs, a Fire Marshal and assistant fire <br /> <br />marshal, and not less than 15 nor more than 35 firemen. The <br /> <br />Chief, with the approval of the Council, shall determine the <br /> <br />number of members of said Department within the limits herein <br /> <br />set forth. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />Section 232.050 of the Village Code of the Village <br />of Roseville is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />232.050. Duties and Powers of Chief. The Chief <br /> <br />shall have control over all of the fire-fighting apparatus <br /> <br />and shall be solely responsible for its care and condition. <br /> <br />He shall make an annual report to the Council at one of its <br /> <br />meetings during the month of August, or whenever the Council <br /> <br />shall desire, as to the condition of the equipment and needs <br />
