He shall be responsible for the proper <br /> <br />training and discipline of the members of the fire Department, <br /> <br />and may suspend any member for refusal or neglect to obey <br /> <br />orders pending final action by the Council on his discharge or <br /> <br />retention. <br /> <br />III. <br /> <br />Section 232.060 of the Village Code of the Village <br />of Roseville is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />232.060.
