<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORD INANCE No.3 (-, / <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING PARKING RESTRICTIONS <br />FOR THE PURPOSE OF FACILITATING SNOW REMOVAL, GIVING CERTAIN <br />AUTHORITY TO POLICE OFFICERS AND THE ROAD AND ENGINEERING <br />DEPARTMENTS TO MOVE VEHICLES TO FACILITATE SNOW REMOVAL, AND <br />AMENDING CHAPTER 87 OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF <br />ROSEVILLE. <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of Roseville <br /> <br />Ordains: <br /> <br />I . <br /> <br />The Village Code of the Village of Roseville is <br />hereby amended by adding Sections 87.100, 87,110, 87,120 and <br />87.150 as follows: <br />87.100. No Parking After Snow Fall. No person <br />shall park any vehicle, except in compliance with directions <br />of a police officer or in compliance with regulatory parking <br />signs, on any street for a period of Forty-eight (48) hours, <br />commencing immediately after the cessation of any two (2) inch <br />or more of continuous snowfall, or until snow removal has been <br />completed on any street, whichever occurs first. <br />
