<br />87.110 . Police May Remove Illegally Parked Vehicle. <br />Any vehicle parked in violation of Section 87.100 is declared <br />to be a nuisance which interferes with snow removal from public <br />streets, and any police officer may remove or cause to be <br />removed, summarily, any such vehicle, by means of towing or <br />otherwise, or said police officer may require the driver or <br />owner to remove said vehicle off the paved, improved or traveled <br />portion of said street. <br />87.120. Prosecution for Violation. The removal <br />of a vehicle which is parked in violation of Section 87.100, <br />either by a police officer or under the direction of a police <br />officer, shall not preclude a prosecution for violation of any <br />provision of Chapter 87 of the Village Code. <br />87.130. Road or EngineeringDep~rt~ertt May Move <br />Vehicle. Any employee of the Road Department or Engineering <br />Department engaged in snow removal may, when he finds it <br />necessary in order to facilitate snow removal from streets, <br />move any vehicle, to the extent necessary, which is parked on <br />any street. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />This Ordinance shall take effect and be 1n force <br />from and after its passage and publication. <br /> <br />Page Two <br />
