<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. c]{:2 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A SYSTEM OF PERSONNEL ADMINISTRATION <br /> <br /> <br />FOR VILLAGE EMPLOYEES AND AMENDING THE VILLAGE CODE OF THE <br /> <br /> <br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE BY ADDING CHAPTERS 250 THROUGH 254 <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of Roseville ordains: <br />1. <br />The Village Code of the Village of Roseville is hereby amended <br />by adding Chapters 250 through 254 to read as follows: <br />250. Purpose and Scope of Ordinance; Appointments <br />250.010. Purpose. It shall be the purpose of this <br />ordinance to establish a uniform and equitable system of <br />personnel administration for employees of the Village of <br />Roseville. This ordinance may be referred to as the "personnel <br />ordinance". <br /> <br />250.020. Scope of Ordinance. The personnel ordinance <br />shall establish the employment relationship of all Village <br />employees except the following: <br />(1) All elected officials and members of boards and <br />commissions. <br /> <br />(2) Employees under the jurisdiction of the Police Civil <br />Service Commission. <br />(3) Employees of the Volunteer Fire Department. <br />(4) Village Clerk; Village Engineer; Village Attorney. <br />
