<br />254.080. Work Day and Work Week. <br />(1) The normal work day for regular Village employees <br />shall be eight hours. The work hours shall be established <br />by the Village Clerk. <br />(2) The normal work week for regular Village employees <br />shall be five days, Monday through Friday. <br />254.090. Conflict of Interest. It is expected that <br />every employee shall exercise good judgment in avoiding <br />becoming involved with conflicting outside business interests. <br />These include, but are not limited to, the following: <br />(1) Those in which an employee has financial interest <br />in, or receives benefits from, a business in which he occupies <br />a position which may enable him to influence the placing of <br />Village business, either inside or outside the Village <br />government. <br />(2) Those ln which an employee accepts full or part <br />time work elsewhere, where such activity interferes with their <br />duties and job performance at the Village of Roseville. <br />254.100. Severability. Each provision of the personnel <br />ordinance is deemed severable from every other provision. <br />If any provision of the personnel ordinance shall be found to <br />be invalid or void, the remaining provisions of the ordinance <br />shall remain valid unless the Court finds any remaining <br />provisions, standing alone, incomplete and incapable of <br />being executed in accordance with the Council's intent. <br />
